Yes, it's possitive ground. That extra wire is the tailight wires, I have not got em hooked up, they are just laying across the inside.
Chris, That is kick ass!! Sweet and simple! Looking forward to seeing what comes next! Hows the coupe? Anything new with it?? Bugsy (Jason)
Very cool old school Chris! Aces & Eights approved! You should run with us to Billetproof in June. Rick
Yup, I'll be there. Hope to see you. Keith[/QUOTE] YEAH! You'll see me, I'll be the guy buying the wrong parts I don't need at too high of a price!
Were you at the Tri City's swap meet last weekend? I know Bill Ross pretty well. I would LOVE to go with you guys to Billetproof...but I won't be able to make it this year
Not to Gay up the H.A.M.B to much, but... Happy Birthday. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=360230
Yeah, it was something like that! My Dog used to howl like crazy if she hear the coupe fire up when it was stock, she loved riding in it and didn't want me to forget her Well, when this thing lit off, she was a howlin away like mad!!!
Didn't get very much done at all this weekend due to my Birthday, Mothers day, and my Girlfriend graduating from Gonzaga University!!! But I did manage to make an exhaust system out of a 35/36 Ford driveline. I need to shorten it a little so it's not so close to the rear wishbone, but other that it should work fine!
Good for you, it's comming along and will be a badass roadster when you finish. Keep posting updates.
The car looks great Chris. Sounds good too. I have one in the shed I would like to do the same thing with.
I got my new (old) Thickston today, couldn't help but to mock it on the engine destine for this car. It's a 1934 221.
I think the Thickston is a perfect choice - Not the norm - & the high rise mounts will fill the engine bay a bit up top - I'd be happy to find any original twin carb manifold in that condition...... they seem a bit thin on the ground over here along with all the other good stuff....... could go re-pop but first choice is always a good original. Spence.
