Announcing: Hell On Wheels 2- Hebron, OH Sept 19, presented by RDCC

We're at it again!




Despite last year's deluge and monsoon like weather, everybody had a blast. Lots of fun and commeradery made the event a great time and a definite 'Don't miss" for the next one. We've moved the date back in hopes of a lesser chance of rain this year and have made some other changes as well.

Well, here's the announcement for the next one....

Hell On Wheels 2- Presented by Road Devils Car Club and National Trail Raceway
When: September 19th, 2009 doors open around 8am and show will go into the night
Where: National Trail Raceway, Hebron Ohio
What: Drag Racing fun for pre-1972 hot rods and customs and traditional style cycles. Also car show area for pre-72 rides and traditional cycles. Air Ride Technologies will be sponsoring an open agility course for participants to run and will also be on hand demonstrating their product.

Further details:
There will be a slick tire class and a street tire class. Racing will be 1/8mi. Runs will be timed, but we will try to incorporate an arm drop style race.

Last year we had a successful burnout contest and we will be keeping that event.

This year Air Ride Technologies will be sponsoring a SCCA style agility course. Run your hot rod through it and test out just how good your suspension set-up really is. Air ride will be doing some demos and will have techs on hand to discuss your project's needs.

We will also be doing a "people powered" race. Entrants must construct their own people powered vehicle.

Rules are:
1. Human Powered only
2. Must be built not bought
3. no min. or max wheelbase
4. 3 wheel min.
5. single speed only.
6. 20" max wheel height
7.Can not be push, pulled or Fred Flinstoned, Must be powered be powered by the rider/riders via pedals other means.

Admission:
$15/person. This includes participation in the street tire drag class, autocross, burn-out contest, car show, flame thrower contest, or just spectating. Kids 12 and under are free.

$30 if you plan to run in the slick tire drag class.

Vendors pay only general admission ($15/person) and get up to 40' of vending space. All swappers/vendors should contact

We have been keeping this aspect of the show under wraps until it solidified. Air Ride Technologies has stepped up to sponsor a new addition to the show...... an Autocross/Agility course!

Those who may not wish to participate in the drag racing now will have the option of running the agility course and seeing just how well their cars handle.

Air Ride Technologies will be on hand with a few of their demo cars and will be running the course to demonstrate their products as well. This is a great opportunity to speak to representatives about your air ride projects and allow them to help you plan and come up with the best solution for your ride.

Road Devils CC and National Trail Raceway are extremely excited and proud that Air Ride has made this opportunity possible for this event.
