I would love, and much rather be, joining you on the mystery run. This trip to santa maria is tough for me, but I've made a commitment to show a car. I can't wait to get back to the basics that we love so much. Next year I am in for sure. Hopefully with a certain 3w ford. It's been a long time since I've done a good drive. Hope all is well.

That sounds like fun...I love a good cruise, but also a big supporter of the santa maria show. There are alot of wonderful back road (with history) all around and in santa maria. The santa maria show has a lot of undiscovered secrets...

glad to here it, everyone is welcome.

Dirty, I hope you are coming on the run, even with out your 3 window, I don't think the walrus will have it done in time. :)

I guess I need to say this one more time for you other guys.

This run is not an anti santa maria deal. It is for people that are not going, for what ever reason. This is something else to do.

I believe you that there are great roads around Santa Maria, but the show will be people sitting in the fairgrounds, not driving the back roads.

If you start something like a run down there let me know.

    back to your regular programming.................

Sounds like a good day with the cars and the scenery. But the Holiday weekend kills it for me also.

I understand, there are a lot of people that like SM.

but there are plenty of us that are ready for something else. Since we are not going down there, we wanted to do something fun.

As far as some of you guys wishing it was not a holiday weekend. It seems better to me to have the run on a holiday weekend, since the run is on sunday. gives you time to travel or just have a day off after.

Anyhow as I have said from the begining, this run is for you, if you are not going to SM
If you are going, have fun, as I am sure you will.

Anyone coming can look forward to a great drive with good cars and good people.
    I think stuff like this

    see you out there.

Also wanted to remind people that this is open to cars up to 1960

Most of the runs are hot rod only, or even roadster only. So this is your chance if you have a later car to come out for a drive.

I know there will be plenty of early iron, but I would like to hear from you guys that are coming with later customs.

    don't forget your momma.

Good, I am glad to here you guys are coming.

would anyone be interested in seeing American Grafitti on an outdoor big screen?

I just found out that this is going on, and I could change the run to end up where they are
    showing the movie.

If anyone has an opinion, let me know.

we will have a good run either way.

Bring a swim suit if you are into that sort of thing, swimming that is.

there is a pool at the ending spot. A real watering hole, drinks and a pool.

they are going to rope off some parking for us as well.

    can't wait.
