I kind of went NHRA nut's on the cage. All those hoops distract folks so they won't look at the TH350. Are you wincing yet Mark? ;-D

    Deal Abone. One car length.

Here's a shot from the rear.

Likewise Mark! Hard to forget your reaction when I described her to you and mentioned the extra top hoop and trans. Darned purist! :-D

Build a running engine and pull yours out of the rafters. I'll run ya!

EXCELLENT WORK MAN! I dig that tow rig too. Brake Kleen will take that white paint right off those Hoosiers (unless they're sponsoring you! Didn't Dragmaster offer a double cage hoop back then?

Thanks. Isn't your tow rig a 59 Plymouth as well?

These slicks are just to make her a roller. She'll be wearing a set of Cody's cool Hurst pie crusts. I love his slicks!

The double hoop was an option but not with the spine that curved forword at the top. All of them I've seen with two top hoops have the spine straight up to the back hoop

  13. Very nice! Lookin' forward to this one launching on some video when it's done.

Were you making "vroom-vroom" sounds when the mockup picture was taken?? :D It's mandatory, ya know.

The first thing I worked on were the spindles and front wheels. I cut down the stock axle to use for a jig and put it all together. I laid a couple of pipes on the floor for my chassis, sat at the back of it all and made engine noises. :)

BTW, I filled the right bank of the block tonight.
