Check to see if your mailtruck is chopped with big 'n little tires. Maybe straightpipes? I used to have a subscription to one of the car mags and my issue came well after it was on the news stand. And it always had pages frayed or ripped. I think my mailman was a hot rodder.
The one I should have got 2 weeks ago ! Sorry don't know the month , but I got my gay ass street sceen from the NSRA already !
I haven't got mine yet either! It really pisses me off when I see mags that I subscribe to on the shelf before i get mine!!!!!
I saw a new Street Rodder at Wally world that I ain't got yet,maybe its got something to do with the bankruptcy.
I just got off the night shift a couple hours ago. I stopped at the 24/7 Wal Mart to get a few things. Lo and behold - the new Street Rodder in the magazine rack & same as you - it is one of the magazines I subscribe to & I don't have mine yet either. Same publisher as R & C - so yes we are still topic related here...
I called them on Monday the 11th, they said they had till the 12th to have them to you, I stil have not received mine either. Been ath the local grocery store two sundys in a row and there she sits. Hate to pay the 6.99 when your already subcribed to it. I will be giving them a call again today Rusty
Mine came last week, I re-subscribed for three years at the Nats South and got a free 3 year sub. to Street Rodder. I hope they don't go tit's up..
No R&C yet! Saw it 3 weeks ago at Sachse Rod Shop, so when I get back to the shop I call the sub dept. and yeah what Rusty said, they told me they can't do anything until the 12th it is late!!! That's after I jack-up the postman and asked if he was through reading my rag!!!
Dont have mine either. R&C have about five issues missing on my subscription and they want me to renew...right.
Maybe with the bankruptcy thing, they're waiting for some revenues to come rolling in from newsstand sales so they have the money to pay the postage for the subscriptions.
you realize you are complaining that you don't have the JULY issue yet in the middle of May. I buy mine at the store. got it right here. going to read it at work after I'm done perusing the HAMB. I'll let you know if there is anything good.
I got my R & C a week or so ago, not sure what month it's supposed to be (probably August by now). It's got the Astra coupe, a '29 pickup on the cover and a '51 Merc chop article w/Bill Hines.
