they kinda look like 10 inch wide smoothies reverse offset with baby moons?? and painted black of course... it is a cool look. I wonder what Diameter they are??? look bigger than a 15... If I wasnt such a cheap sucker I would lower mine so I could be "cool" like that. eh.. but for now.. I would settle with mine just being a single color... and get my bed put on. supposed to get epoxied monday.

Mine has a 79 Malibu front clip with stock height springs and spindles. It's defiantely gonna be lower after I lop off a coil and put the drop spindles on. Here it is with the PO's setup http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FG4GyK9auv4

Well, with the old setup it ran consistent 6.10's perfectly straight and it weighs 4000lbs. I never seen the dyno but I'm guessing that put it somewhere around 900hp, not easy to hook to the street I'd say. That was what the previous owner put together. After he grenaded the motor I bought it, drug it home tore it apart, and here she sits. It previously had stock leafs out back with some home-made cal-tracs and an adjustable 3rd link to set pinion angle. He might have had 3 grand in the whole truck. Front suspension is a G-body clip, drag springs and shocks, no swaybar. The drag springs up front are linear rate so they are "cut to fit"

I wouldn't even try to put our trucks in the same equation, I've got a beat-ass old jalopy drag truck in a million pieces in my garage. Hopefully my build will surpass what the last owner did time will tell.

no offence to ELpolacko's slick but i prefer "beat-ass old jalopy drag trucks." you've got a hell of a platform to work with. that truck is F N rad! i'd really like to see some progress pics when you get'em... Good Luck!

Here's my 1966 F100 long bed 300 six. Bought it to use as a truck so the body is going to look like this for a while. Mods planned are a full syncro T19 four speed with a 4.02 1st gear and front disc brakes and fix the little stuff. It's going to be my "go to junkyard truck" LOL. I have already added the factory aluminum slots which were used on Fords right around 1980 and changed the tailights back to the originals without reverse lights, PO had the later ones with the reverse lens.
