Thanks man, I've debated other wheels but I have these and I'm cheap. Besides no one cares about my 57 Buick. :D

Not yet, I'm thinking Igor may get to suggest something.

I thinking I would go with dark stripes.

Like a brown, dark purple, or just black.

kinda break up the two lighter tones....

and those flames would pop like a gangsta....fa shizzle.

I'm taking it by the suggestion of brown and the ebonics that you haven't seen the car. I'm thinking tasteful mild custom not thugmobile... :D

    Awesome!!

Can't go wrong with the grey/silver, or the burnt orange suggestions. I'd leave it to your striper though! That looks great man, but I'm gonna have to fire up the "get zman some wide whites" fund ;)

I thought about wide whites, hell it had them when I bought it. Going for more of an early 60's vibe so I went skinny...

  13. Can't leave well enough alone, can ya? :p

Looks great. It needed something......couldn't put my finger on it.....
Oh hell, it was sly enough to start with ;) But like putting the right lingere on a beautiful woman---you CAN improve on a good thing;)
    You rule, brah.
Call me stupid, but I'm diggin the contrast with NO stripes:eek:
Wonder how lime green would work though...? hahaha

    Two great ideas!!! :D :D

  15. I truly believe you should pinstripe around the flames but I wouldn't go bold! The striping will finish off the job and look great. I would suggest a shade either lighter or darker than the green that they are on (or a light gray would be nice too) The car is beautiful as is and a very subtle stripe around the flames would really make it look finished. Just my opinon, do what ever pleases you !!!

I've never been able to leave well enough alone. :D

Looking at it today the flames are nice and crisp and don't scream for the need of being striped. I'm hoping to get it cut and buffed the middle of the week. So we'll see then... I'm also jonesing to get it outside in the sun...

Beautiful car, flaming it took balls...turned out great! Dig 'em on the roof too. I'm thinking grey/silver for the outline...just my 2cents.

Absolutely perfect man, after the flames are done ...in my opinion I wouldnt change a thing about it! I think the wires n thin whites look perfect!

Do the stripes. Pick a contrasting color. You'll love it when you see it finished.

Those flames are down right perfect ! I really like the flames as they flow down the sides and on the roof !
Needs some strips to outline the flames . Just my opinion .
Can't wait to see her when she's all done !

If you threw on some Chrome Steelies and New thin whites I am almost certain that you trade for that '77 Monte Carlo that you wanted at the Auto Fair.
