it's not that hard, really...You just gotta know the formula. stretch, staple, repeat. stretch, staple, repeat.

the closer to asian they look, the better the "result".

Heres some info to confirm/dispell rumors:

    1. Monster Garage ended a few years back, but was recently picked up again on Discovery Channel, they bought a whole season.
    2. The entire season will be shot in Detroit.
    3. They are casting for builders, they are looking for local builders.
    4. Crew ships out next week to begin set building & planning, etc.
    5. Jesse James is NOT the host, they have already cast the new hosts (don't worry it's not me!)

    Hope this helps!

Love him or hate him, Jesse James WAS Monster Garage, without Jesse there was no Monster Garage.

The old M/Gs with little or no JJ just sucked...

Unless they come up with one hell of a host and format, the new M/G will be a waste of time.

    That is my opinion..

Unless Cheech and Chong were in the shop! Now that would be entertaining!

Wow. I'm surprised at the dissin going on about the show. Pretty small-minded. I thought the casting call was in LA for a host or I'd have checked it out on Sun. They weren't all goof-ball builds as many of you know but those did their job. They sold air time and got viewers. I would personally like a Detroit legends build for one of the episodes and I'd cheerfully sign on for that one if they'd have my ugly old self on screen.

There's more out there than us kids whether we like it or not. Don't like the build? There's other channels. I think JJ did the industry a huge service, both custom bikes and cars. And how happy are we that he didn't become like the Teutles?

It should be called: HOTROD LADY CRUISER and hosted by none other than Denise, ( whom I've never met.

I think they should do a reality TV show of builders. Start with say 10. figure out how long it will take for the 10 to build a hot rod and eliminate builders every so often. Last one standing wins the hot rod.

They could have contests to win immunity...typical reality TV junk...all ten have to live together young, old, loud ones, quiet ones.

HAMB Life with your host Ryan Seacre...Cxxxxxx (not puting anybodys last name in a thread without permission). Germ would be a perfect fit for something like this as would some others.

Hell I would watch it. watch...someone will do this now! Where are my lawyers!!!

    Jeez...That is some measuring stick.

That is like telling an Actor he's better than Bob Saget, or a singer he's better than Milli Vanilli...

Monster Garage producers ran out of ideas. You could tell from Jessies comments things were going to get stupid if he continued. Glad he didnt continue something if he didnt think it was going to be fun anymore.

Now 0z Garage I would watch. Just film 0z Kustoms building Johnnie D's cars, one after another. Just think of all the cool cars that we would have seen built already.....Gable, Egyptian, etc. That I would pay for...........

I didn't know that there were enough people left in Detroit to put on a show...... what's it take 10 -15 people?

That would rule, I'd love to see the kind of ride Barry Sanders, Al Kaline & Gordie Howe would come up with.

JJ was the Monster behind it....should call it "Fairy Garage" without him.

Detroit is a great location, by the time taping begins they could use the GM plant, it ought to be empty by then.:(

    Now that's funny right there...

I do hope you know I was talking about the likes of the Alexander Bros, Hines (again) since he started here, and a host of others.
