    Thanks to Dave and everyone else involved in making this happen...

  3. i am glad i went , i have the green 36 ford truck, that was quite a treck for
    my old truck it still has mechanical brakes and a orignal 36 21 stud motor.
    i was having second thoughts about going , thinking that i would not make it. what a blast. thanks for the work dave

    cool video. hopefully i'll be going the pre war route in the next few runs, once i finish up the project. but even then, i was totally content with the post war cars as well!

    We all had a great day. A whole lot of planning went into the route, what a blast. Jim, Thanks for posting the pics and video. A lot of great people and cars showed up. I can't wait for the next one. Dave and the Lucky Bastards planned a very cool day.

  15. YES! It was a great day. We stopped at a produce stand in the afternoon and some gal asked if our cars were MUT-RODS. Heh heh

    It was a fun day.....thanks, Dave & Marrisa! I hated to miss Santa Maria, but this made up for it, and was cheaper by a long ways. I'll throw a few pictures on here that I took.

    Wow, that is a great movie Jim.

    Thanks to everyone who came. I had a great time.

    And thanks everyone for posting pics, we have not even gotten the pics out of the camera.

    I am glad to here so many of you had fun. And I don't think we even broke any cars this time.

    The best car show -- lots of driving and just a little standing around. If you go on this run, it will ruin you for sit and stare car shows. This was the best car show of my life.

    Thanks Dave for the run and thanks Tim and Jim for the transportation. Hopefully my A will be on the next one.

    best day i've had in a long time driving the caddy, we're doing it next weekend again right ? haha... if you didn't go and you know who you are ,you have to do this ... its a blast...maybe next time there will be more post war stuff ..... DAMIT DRIVE THEM.....

    i second this!!!it was definitly the best time i have had this year!cadillac nut it was great seeing your car goin down the road that thing rules!!!!
