I need some new rubber for the stock rims of my '52 chev. I'm looking for some cheap thin whitewall radials to do the old grinding trick on and I was wondering what size I should be looking for.

If I had the cash I'd be buying some bias ply wide whites but I'm broke and I just need some tires to get the thing drivable. I'm looking for those cheapo whites that old men put on their cutl*** cieras. And from what I understand, making them into wide whites doesn't really affect the safety of the tire because you shave off such a small amount of rubber.

20575r15's or 21575r15's should be just fine.
