Just got back in the office after driving my A roadster to the exhuast shop and back for a little repair work on my kustom exhaust (that's right, with a K!) for the Showdown this weekend. Man, I love that car Let's see some more, keep this thread alive!
Very cool. I'm going back and forth between a Tornado or a Hexagon Tool. I have a matching air cleaner for the Hexagon Tool, so that is edging out. Also, made in Dearborn, MI gives it a soft spot as well. I like the odd ball ones!
Heres my '29 R.P.U. project.Mor-drop front axle with F100 brakes.F100 steering with Deuce wheel.Wheels are 4 and 4 1/2 x 16,tyres(tires!) are 600 and 700x16.Motor is a 289 backed by a T10,not period correct,I know but it will have a full hood to hide it!
Best thread ever! I've been building my '31 roadster since January. It will be ready in about another month. Brookville body on A rails, full hood, '40 Merc dash and wheel, '39 box, '40 rear and 283 on steelies and whites. I'd post pictures if I knew how. This threads been many a late nights inspiration to keep working. Thanks
I like the tilt back on the shell, it matches the Duvall windshield. Gotta be hell on the radiator though!! If you hide it, we won't tell!
Bob, You have hit the nail squarely on the head! You may at some point this year actually catch me lickin' your Roadster! So don't worry if you find drool on your ''A'' as it will be from me, I ain't got anything too nasty! Nick.
I've tried licking woindows and they taste FUNKY!Over rated if you ask me, but I have been known to lick the odd WWII Warbird and I kid you not! Nick.
