Back to the beach 2009, pictures

My first thread with my new user name, Dreadman had to go.

It was a fun show today, hung out with alot of good people, it was fun, but I was a little bummed about not having my car there.
I will take it to the LA roadster show, thou.

looks like a good time....was there a beach nearby though? i'd hate to track beach sand into some of those cars,....once you get it in there it'd never come out.

The fairgrounds are at Seaside Park...Surfers Point....Yes it is at the beach....

Ready to bet it's no accident the way you captured those palm trees' reflections on the cars. Beautiful composition. How do you get those high angle shots? Did you bring a ladder, or put your camera on a pole, or...?

I had a great time there and Kiwi Kev's. What surprised me is the smaller attendance after a TON of people saying they were going to BTTB instead of Santa Maria. With all that hoopla a few weeks ago, I expected BTTB to be overflowing.
