Been watching the project for a good while.
Can't wait to see the car from all angles in daylight.
Where are the big white stars with the dashed circle around them for the doors and decklid?

Most Kool. I really like those fenders. Way better than throwing dirt and rocks on your car ,your self and others.

Looking real good....Who says they don't make good stuff in Michigan anymore?????

Cycle fenders are a trip down memory lane for me, growing up in NY, fenders were required for a long while, I think till the late 60's. So all the rods I saw growing up had covered tires.

That's what I'm talkun about. Who said you couldn't do a 36 or 37 without fenders. I love it when someone does something like you did. Cookie cutter doesn't get it with me.

Only half an hour Brian. I drank 3 - 4 beers, sitting on a stool and just looking, shaking my head, when I got to that stage. I definitely remember that feeling. It's good.

It's looking great. I can't believe the difference paint makes. I need some details on your cycle guards too.

    Congratulations

    Pete

I have to say I really admire this one. Not only did you have a vision but it all came together and is very pleasing to the eyes. The green really makes the car IMHO an I can not wait to see it out of the garage that way it can really be seen for what it is. Greaat job. So what is the next project for ya?...................lol........

Wow! I remember the long thread about what to name the car. It's "sounds" like a disaster, but it sure looks good. Another vote for the green. Then again, Olive green is my favorite color. So, that doesn't surprise me...

Great job. Refreshing to say the least.

After I get this done, all I have to do is drive the PT Cruiser we're giving to our son in Las Vegas, pick up the '62 Impala he has, drive back to Michigan, fix the door, paint the '59 T'Bird, sell something, build the Diamond T pickup, then I have a list of things to do on the house. Whew, I'm tired just thinking about it...:D

This is one of the coolest rods I've seen built here on HAMB. You pulled off a fenderless 35/36 like no other!
