    Just got back in the office after driving my A roadster to the exhuast shop and back for a little repair work on my kustom exhaust (that's right, with a K!) for the Showdown this weekend. Man, I love that car :D

    Let's see some more, keep this thread alive!

    The intake is a Johnston (cast by the central tool & foundry co, chicago) circa 1938/39[​IMG]

    Very cool. I'm going back and forth between a Tornado or a Hexagon Tool. I have a matching air cleaner for the Hexagon Tool, so that is edging out. Also, made in Dearborn, MI gives it a soft spot as well.

    I like the odd ball ones!

    Heres my '29 R.P.U. project.Mor-drop front axle with F100 brakes.F100 steering with Deuce wheel.Wheels are 4 and 4 1/2 x 16,tyres(tires!) are 600 and 700x16.Motor is a 289 backed by a T10,not period correct,I know but it will have a full hood to hide it!

    Best thread ever! I've been building my '31 roadster since January. It will be ready in about another month. Brookville body on A rails, full hood, '40 Merc dash and wheel, '39 box, '40 rear and 283 on steelies and whites. I'd post pictures if I knew how. This threads been many a late nights inspiration to keep working.

    I like the tilt back on the shell, it matches the Duvall windshield. Gotta be hell on the radiator though!!:D

    If you hide it, we won't tell!

    I've tried licking woindows and they taste FUNKY!:DOver rated if you ask me, but I have been known to lick the odd WWII Warbird and I kid you not!:D

    funny story about a mosquito when my dad worked on the railway twas patrolling nearish to Brighton station and found a belt of 50 .cal's then found out that theres a mosquito in the railway bank that the homegaurd shot down by accident pilots still there and everythang!

    `kin `ell, Bob...it looked good on your phone camera by campfire light on saturday..but it never looked THAT good.....I love it mate !!make sure you take a blast over here to the coast as soon as it`s done.
