I bought this Saturday at the York NSRA Nats on Saturday.I'm going to pick it up around 3:00 this afternoon.I'll post more pics later.
Wow, I surprised that something that nice was down at the swap meet area. My **** was parked 180 degrees from the swap meet and didn't get a chance to make it down that away. Looks like you did real well though. I wasn't looking for any new projects this year, so I glad to see you got something special for yourself.
I went and picked it up this afternoon.I bought it minus the engine. It has all the adapters to put a sbc in it.It had one in but was never finished. It has hydraulic brakes, everything looks to be there.I'm more than happy with it.The only thing missing is the original seat.I'll be looking for one of those.
'Rat- Great find. 35s, especially coupes, seem quite rare (at least around these parts) and don't get the attention in the magazines, etc. that they deserve. My uncle had a "humpback" 35 sedan many moons back, and I remember thinking it was just plug-ugly, but I just saw a coupe on the street a few days ago, and it was a knockout. REALLY looked nice - and a very refreshing change from the usual deuce/34 stuff. Looks like you've got a great start on a *****en' rod. Be sure to keep us updated.
Oldra Looks like a nice one. Whats the plan? Dont worry your not alone, they call mine a 36 more often than not, even when there lookin right at it.
