Thanks to the H.A.M.B I've been in contact with Raefel Shields the builder and driver of the Funny Car altered wheelbase Plymouth.Today his wife Nancy emailed me some photos of the car.I'll let the captions she added to the photos speak for them selves.I hope you all injoy them as much as I did.

Check out this picture I found, its the Vette before it was turned gasser. Its one of my favorite vettes.

I found this 1 web surfing.It's the first photo I have ever seen of the car still with the 64 light weight front.I have 8mm. color footage of the car in 64 super stock trim,never a picture though.
great pictures which version of The Funny Car are you building it as and are you going to eliminate the door posts and 1/4 window posts like in the one picture if so let me now i will buy them.
I'm pretty sure Temple/Academy and Little River are different names for the same track. Neat place from what I've seen. Larry T
