No shit? Wow thats cool. What tool did you cut it with? I know they do make what they call a ripple tip but i know Kurts entire exhaust was ribbed. I love that. It would add to any 60's car that futuristic look. Awsome touch:D

Kim's Lincoln is really nice. I particularly like the detail on the C pillar. Not wild about the taillights, though.

Mejia? Isn't that the name of former HAMBer Javier? Are they related, or married?

  16. Very, VERY nice Lincoln; one of the best looking 50's customs I have seen in a
long time... And I have to admit, the feminine colors do work!!

Think it's just a Spanish last name, I was going to say common but not too common as say Guerrero or Ruiz

Hey, I worked for Ken over the course of about a year and a half..Started doing yardwork, then grew into the shop. I never got to see the Merc personally, but he did show me the build pics, and man was that thing involved...Most of the work I did was on the orange car behind it, a Volvo p1800, which sounds lame, but trust me, with all the work that went into the front end alone, it was quite the project. You can see that even the tail lights are heavily modefied..The car to the left of the Volvo is a 1938 Mercedes 230B Cabriolet. I did a fair ammount of work to that car as well, and it has more history behind it than I can even write...

Either way, Ken is a master...The things I have seen him create would take me years to even get the shape of...At the time of my leaving the shop, he was just getting finished on his '39 Ford, which is an amazing car...All the leadwork (thats right, lead) was done by him, and he claims to have taught himself how to lead by himself on that car, but I dont believe him...Looked more like Bill Hines had taught him...Either way, if anybody wants pictures of the Volvo, the Mercedes, or his '39, or even the Model T that you can see in the background of the Merc pic, let me know...He turns out some really amazing stuff...
