tomcantdoit, I really like all cars with fender best but My best friend has some old Chevy bodies and we're thinking about building a 33 Chevy Roadster with out the fenders to cut building cost and time.

Good ol Boy, Really like TonY ladd car and would like to see more of it.

i totally understand build cost. and there are a few exception where i do like them without fenders like the 31-32 on the the 32 ford frame and a few others..

Man. I cant believe all the interest in old chevys lately. This is cool, here's mine but it will have fenders when completed. And different wheels...ghost

here is my father's.....A 35 chevrolet sedan 4 door. He stick built the car in about a year...It runs 11's with the stock front end - I gotta get some better pics of his car rather than just this...Its an awesome drag car....

----- Just to note: I was dead set against him not running the fenders initially, but, man....it looks cool now....he had a vision and stuck with it, and looks mint going down the track....

Am I correct in thinking that the original Suspension is shit? It seems like every cool Chevy Hot Rod just ends up changing over to Model A axles and leafs to get the stance at an appropriate height.
