    right here.

right now I'm in charge of it. I'd like to find a striper in the area that will coordinate the jam.

The basic set up is, if you want to be part of the panel jam, you set up at the Panel Jam table (which will be next to the trophy table, in the shade :D), you can set up a few items for sale (if you have a LOT of items for sale I'd ask you to get a commercial vendor spot) and hire out to lay lines. In return I ask that you lay some paint on some of the trophies and contribute a few lines to a group panel.

thats pretty much it. Everyone at the show will know where ya'll are at and you will likely be busy doing paid gigs all day :D

oh yes, I'll have some Little Daddy Roth pinstriping paint there for ya'll to use.

Sounds like a plan. No need for a room - I'm 18 miles away

I may or may not make it. I'm still scrambling to finish my car. Will there be any way to pay at the gate?

Yep. But you run the risk of not getting a goodie bag. we only make so many based on the pre-reg numbers and once they are gone, thats it.

Is there no schedule for the day of the show? What time it opens, burnout and so forth?

There is a schedule... it will be sent out to everyone that pre-registered as soon as the Sat. night party line up is nailed down. Everyone else will get one at the gate.

    Here is what is firm:

    other than that?
    basic schedule
    :

  23. The heat is the only reason I'm not going. I've had heat stroke once. I won't do it twice. Wish it were in September, I'd be all over it.

Heat stroke sucks monkey butt. Had it once too... got tunnel vision, stopped sweating.... not pretty.

Unfortunately this was the only date I could get at the fairgrounds for 2009.

Next year I'll have a cooler date, but I will keep it away from Lone Star and The Drags.

I will have an 18foot inflatable water slide and several BIG swamp coolers too keep everyone cool.
