It's funny you should post this. I was going to PM you a little while ago and to ask you the origin of the windshield /posts on that car. They are not T are they?

 

I believe they are 27 Chevy.....I got the winshield and posts from DE SOTO about 6 years ago at the Paso Robles early V8 swap.

Gow Jobs kick *** plain and simple. Does not get anymore traditional then the cars that ran the lakes and pioneered the forms of motorsports we still watch today. I am building my car as though it would have been legal under the Russeta Timing ***ociation.

Royalshifter this is the first time I have seen your car and its always great to see a preserved original, even if you did clean her up and shiner since the story being told about these pictures was they were taken 5 years ago. Thank you for posting them sir.-Weeks

 

So was this ever running or was it always just mock-up? I remember hearing somewhere that it was just thrown together but never finished.
