Flattery will get you somewhere. I just got back from vacation, so I haven't been around for a while. Now I need to recover from vacation... I'll take a stab at your car in a few days.

Here's something I came up with thought I'd go ahead and paint it too while I was at it.I used the rear fender of a 41 Ford had to shave some from the bottom of it but You get the picture.

 

I'm a total photoshop hack, so can one of you experts put cream colored wheels on my roadster? I'm debating painting them in the next day or so.

And heck, if you have time can you show it painted a deep root beer or maroon? Thank you!!

Well, here's what I came up with. I'm not wild about what I did with the trunk, but it's hard to do that with a 3/4 view.(at least for me)

 

man the talent here is awesome.. I keep trying to do my shoebox in different colors and it looks like something my 3 yr old drew with crayons..you guys are really messing up my plans for my cars.. the more I see the more I have absolutely no idea how I want my shoebox to look!

Hey, I'm glad you like it.

Well, it's a personal choice, what ever you like the best. What were you thinking?
For me it would be the champagne/cream color. What shade, light or darker, is up to you. I did one with a darker champagne, just like James D did. I would also think a metal flake silver would be cool. Then, my personal favorite...Leopard Skin!

It took awhile to sand it and do the bodywork but here you go.

 

Hmmmmm, leopard skin right, hope youre takin' the piss lol In Australia, only a Queenslander would paint it like that.
