Here are some pics of the kustom grille I just finished for my shoebox... 2 1958 Edsel grilles turned sideways and joined together, with gold painted expanded metal centers holding some crazy 1950's drawer pulls I found...

    What do you think??

Its hard to say without it on the car, but I say go for it, at least it's different.

Hey your bumpers fell off! Got to bolt them bad boys down. Kool grill.

  7. Think it will mimic the shape of the quad headlights or will it being horizontal throw it off? Hmmm looking forward to seeing it.

I give it a thumbs up! would look better if the outside corners were curved to match their shape.

Looks better than the 54 DeSoto grille for sure. I'm looking for a couple of parking light housings so let me know if you are getting rid of the DeSoto grille.

Very cool looking, will you be re-contouring the hood and grill opening to match?

Creative solution! I really like it. The shape of the Edsel grille ties the whole front end together with the split bumper and headlights. What's going on with the rear of the car?

More pics when you get a chance, please.

maybe a tiny beak in the center of the hood, like a pontiac... ?
