Just a quick question, why Austin? You guys rock.I chopped my car because of Bob Bleed!

 

The best part of living in the same town as the afore mentioned crew is that it makes it easy to visit California and pretend to be unimpressed.

I really should drop in once in a while. It's a a shame that I aspire to craft things with my hands yet rarely venture to such a remarkable place for inspiration. If I were hundreds of miles away, it might be understandable. Being in my home town, there is no fucking excuse! I suck.

Anytime your there its allways smiles and good times, you guys turn out some of baddest of the bad in the hot rod world..you rule and one bad A.S.S. shop to boot.

because everywhere else sucks. some places suck less than others, but ...Man. If You aren't living in Austin, You simply won't understand. -and I'm not even trying to be all elitist about it. this town just kicks that much ass.

even when it is 105 for 14 days in a row. You find Yourself sayin things like "dear lord it's hot. but still better than ________."

 

Amen, Lux. I'm a transplant from Kansas City. It gets just as hot there in the summer, stupid cold in the winter and the hot rod scene there is ka-poot. No matter how hot it gets here, it's still better than living in Missouri. I wouldn't move back for the world.

 

im not sure about living in austin, but i can tell you living in missouri sure does SUCK!!
