Okay its ben a while since I updated my progress so here goes. I cleaned and sealed the gas tank and since I couldn't find a cap that fit I cut the old stuff out and installed a different setup and some kinda cool surplus in tank all in one gauge that I got from Chaddilac. Its all done and installed and ready for fuel.
I ran all the fuel lines and linkage on the 6X2 set-up:eek: Holy ****, what fun! Also got the Alt brackets made and its installed.
I finished installing the wood floor insert on the toe boards and layed a couple of coats of polyurithane on it all. I made a excellerator set-up using an old drum pedal and made the rest. Also Chadillac finished striping the door panels to match the dash he did a while back.
Next I cut holes in my hood so it would fit over the 6X2's (haven't decided if I will run the hood yet?)
All I have left is complete wiring:(, stab the Dizzy, tighten everything up, Put in the window regulators and cut the windows, and a few little things I know I am forgetting and fire it up and DRIVE IT!!!:D

I've never seen a visor on an IH C series...did it come off of something else, or did you make it, or is it legit? Looks sweet either way!

Thanks its an "A" Visor. Took very little to make it fit pretty good.

I really like the look of the visor. I just picked up a pair of bigger '36 IH's that I plan to make into a pickup. I want to pun the fenders on it (if I can find a set), chop it 3.5 and 4", and who knows what all else. The visor puts another idea in my head, though. ;)

Sounds cool I love the IH cabs and grills. The beds are ugly though, mine is a Model A. Mine is chopped about 3.5". Good luck with your project. Post some pics when you get started.
