I still have to finish shaving the beltline and do a little more hammer and dolly work around the back gl***, then I'm painting the dash ('cause those ****ers are a pain in the *** to paint with the windshield in!!)....then it's off to gl***.......

    Wish me luck.

  21. Thanks guys!!

    Doc....oh damn,,,,LMFAO!!

Definitely not flat-black anymore....that was just to cover things after I stripped it the first time (5 years ago). It'll probably roll in some color epoxy primer until I finish the body mods and bodywork....then dark blue with a white insert set off by some side trim. At least that's the plan for know...you know how that goes...

You know it Ian!! Congrats on getting yours running.

I've followed your progress both here and over on Chevy Talk with great admiration and more than a touch of jealousy. That really is turning into an outstanding custom. I'm hoping to give my Fleetline the same rear bumper treatment. Great job all round...

Brian----The car looks absolutely stunning. The stance and the flow of the chop came out perfect. You are quite the craftsman! Keep us posted. Orest
