Felt a little creative this week thought I would try to do some pendelton pattern on a wall hanger deck.Of course its gotta be flake and candies. All hand drawn and hand cut stencils for the logo....Guess it aint bad for the first try and pendelton....

Hey people Rod Powell never painted the whole car. He just did the graphics on the car. My husband Mario from Delcas Auto Collision did the paint job, so get your shit right!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad:

You are correct. All I did was throw the designs and lace. Mario, Augie and the guys at Delclas do fine work. I haven't painted a complete car since the early 90's. These new paints do not agree with me but I am glad I can still do the part I like best, the designs and colors.

Man, some of these are really cool as hell! However, some are NOT. This one looks like Bozo ate a bunch of acid, then threw up on an Izetta.

  29. i have a question for those of you who have done a few lace paint jobs i really love the look and have done it on a few 1/24 scale models , now im going to try it on a real car but i want to do something that hopefully is a slight bit different

i want to do a "ripped" or "torn" lace panel what i have in mind is to do the panel around an emblem with the illusion of the lace being ripped open around the emblem has this ever been done? if so can someone post a few pics?

    -or-

if you were to do this type of thing how would you go about it?

my idea is to rip up some making tape and aply it over the lace before the paint do you think this would work ?

my main thing is i want it to look like someone tore a whole in the lace around the emblem and not punched a whole through it

    any ideas? or suggestions?
