    What is that lump in the left lane? It looks familiar but can't quite figure it out. Is it a......dare I say it,Volvo?

    There was a version of this car (probably later) that was sponsored by a stereo company. Had speakers outside below the quarter window. The hand was frosted plexigl*** that lit up to the beat of the music playing. And it ran pretty good too.

    The upgrades you speak of were bestowed upon this very same car. And yes it was fast. Earning runner up honors to Ohio George's Mustang at 69 Indy, it was one of the fastest g***ers, besting many of the new breed of blown g***ers; basically tubular framed late model bodied, read- funnycars. Alas, owner Steve Korney succomed to this trend the In 1970, as the Anglia was replaced by a Corvette shell.
