You hate to see them go, but... This one has been a while in the making and you get sick of working on them after a while, still though you hate to see them go. This one is off for exhaust and then upholstery. It will come back after that and i'll start to road test and get it working. There is '0' miles on this car, the only thing left of the original car is frame rails, body cavity incl roof and some other sheet metal. The best part, it is going to be a daily driver. btw: those tires & wheels are just for moving it around, anybody know what the perfect tire/wheel combination would be let me know. I am having a hard time convincing the owner that 20" billetts wouldn't look right ok? Thanks, oj
Nice looking ride. Offer up Radir tri-ribs. They give a billetish feel (don't shoot me!), but are traditionally cool! For a street rodder, they may look different. Tell him he can set himself apart from all his buddies in plastic '32 roadsters with LS7s!
Radir, thats a good idea. I used them on the front of the FED in my avatar (Old Bones, without her skin)
You just can't go wrong using polished American 5 spokes on tri-5 Chevys. If he insists on a bigger diameter they are now making them in 17's and 18's. Frank
And I always preferred the Corvette Rally on a tri-5... I guess its all in where you were raised and what you saw growing up...
