Pipes what year is your bike? if its not too new you could bring it and park in the 2nd section for pre 64 cars and some newer bikes...

 

Yup.... it's a auto and bike weekend(as always)! Plenty of room...


All bikes and cars are welcome, we just have a section which is fenced off because of beer outside. This is where we park the pre 65 bikes and autos. All late model bikes and cars are welcome... we are going to be fixing up all the grounds so the place is more fun, and makes everyone feel at home. We are working on it... no money yet to invest.

Spread the word! This weekend is going to be sick!

Made it the first Friday and have yet to make it on a Sat.

Gonna try and make it this Sat to see the action and enjoy a few cold refreshing Heinnys but I am definitely making it the 25th, already on the calendar.

Anyone bringin any parts I can build a project around, flatty, frame, rolling chassis, clapped out T or A body? Hey I gotta start somewhere.

T bone... I have so much stuff, you gotta come to my house. I have a real nice 29 sport coupe body, in pieces.... but nice. I can help you put together. I have banger motors bored over... speed equiptment, wheels, V8's, you name... I got it. Gonna start getting rid of some stuff as I just bought some real exspensive junk.

This Sat.... is going to be unreal!

 

Not sure.... good shows or swap meets are up to you all. If you show, and bring good parts, we got ourselves a PARTY! Wahooooo.

I have famous 1959 Norton Comando chopper for sale, guy whom did interior in Golden Sahara, forgot his name. Sorry!

Might sell my 57 Pan. I have tons of killer bike stuff, way to much car stuff. Reguardless of what the swap is... The show is going to be top notch! This will be our 1st annual old time bike , SHOW & GO! New Jersey needed it! Some of the Northern chapters of the AMCA told us they were bringing multiple bikes, some 4, so 10 or 12.... we'll see.

Weather is going to be perfect! See you there... I'm off to Speedway to work my ass off, got a killer new sign for the street some people can find us!

Good time last night, home workin on car today takin a break, and may try to head back tonight again, Any idea how late everyone will be hangin around tonight???? Tryin to get a few more things knocked out on the coupe before I head out...

Well went yesterday ran my roadster had a blast on the track and the few people that were their were great!!! But no one showed up about 6 or 7 cars and maybe 8 bikes, we pulled out about 6:00, sure would be a lot more fun if people showed up, i hope this keeps on going on we dont have anything like this anywhere in the area , if people dont show up how are they going to keep it going? Any ideas? My fingers are crossed for next time. Jack

 

Jack... the people that are showing up, might just be the nicest people in hot rodding, and the bike world. I'm glad I get the chance to meet genuine people that want this, that live this!

Truth is, I'm wore out... not by hard work, or non attendance. Some places just dont get it! All I need is a little help, and this could be through the roof. Lots of behind the scenes stuff that I'm not willing to put up with. I'm going to hang in here for the next two shows for sure. But if I dont get the help I need. I'll do this two three times a year instead.
I have other fish to fry!

With the early opening, a lot of people showed in morning, then left, only for people to roll in at regular time and it be light. The morning, was like something out of a movie. What people I met, what friends I made. Thank you kind people whom get it... I dig you!

I showed up normal time and it looked real light, fear of the rain might have forced more bikes to leave maybe. I was driving my DD because my shits broken... again. So I didn't come in. Was looking forward to those damn fries and a beer all day too! I'll be there next time and I'm gonna send you a PM and see if there's anything I can do to help. I don't want this to die.

 

I was at the 1/4 mile track running yesterday and saw this going on. Looked cool from what I saw driving by on the return road. Never got the chance to get over there and check it out. I'm going to try and make it down to one of the next ones.

 

Once you go track you never go back!

 

Thanks for everyone who came, i think Jack said it the best if people dont come this will die... Tell your friends about the Old Time drags on the 25th and 26th we have such big plans but they wont happen if we cant keep this going!

That is correct Sunday is in conjunction with Raceway Park..The 1/4 mile will be mostly 60's-70's rods...the 1/8 will be the pre 58

Saturday starts at 5pm
Sunday the gates open at 8am
