Came home in my dad's brand spankin' new 1958 Ford Station Wagon. One of these days I'm gonna find me one.

All I remember was seeing this big white bird with a big long beak, carring me in the poka-dot table cloth.

 

I don't know what I came home in, but my first daughter came home in a 1950 Ford 2 door sedan. I remember driving down Lincoln though Venice and some idiots were flying by. Thinking, man everything is different now.

My other daughter came home in a 1963 Olds.

Mom held me on her lap. No car seat. That was in 1969.

 

In March 1987 I rode home in my dad's 2-door hardtop 57 Chevy. To this day it only has one seat belt. He installed it the night before I came home to hold the car seat.

an 89 thunderbird with the turbo charged 4...mom rolled the car a few years later and the motor is in a 28 roadster and its pretty quick so i guess it all ties into hot rods some how

 

50 Buick Special..Then they bought a 53 Buick Super almost new,and kept it for about 12 years..3 Dynaflows later,Dad traded it for a 61 Bonneville..Didn't keep that one long,cause Mom didn't like "feeling it shift gears"..so back to a 63 Buick with another shitty Dynaflow...This is the same dad who always told me his 32 Ford he drove in the 30s was the worst car he ever owned..
