I need to patch panels for the 36 Ford truck I am working on. Are there any Alliance Vendors out there that sell em? Right now I am planning on just buying them directly from Howell's Sheetmetal. They seem to be the only ones that do all the ones I need, and really all that out there. I need to get em all: both rockers, both front lower cowl corners, Rear lower cab corners, door bottoms (outer and inner). Thanks
Hey guys, I bit the bullet and ended up buying it from Howells Sheetmetal. All in all Howell's had the best prices and shipping, I checked around and kept coming back to them, they had everything I needed. I just got em in last week and look really good. I got my cab sandblasted this weekend by Chris at Salisbury Sandblasting and am stoked to get this thing started.
I made my rocker panels using thin wall tubing of the right diameter. I curved it, then made the flat piece and curled it around the tubing and welded it on the underside. Much stronger than original.
You guys should check out **** Spadaro he is on the board here ,I bought mine [rocker and cowl patchs] about 20 years ago, they still look good
There is a guy on ebay that has some nice 35-37 p/u stuff. Something like TommyMeyerV8 ......or some variable.
