I'll be the only one to answer the original question which is 'will it work'

Don't use Hyundi suspension parts !!!!!!

 

I would add a bunge cord for extra strength

 

Are you going to wire the taillights with 12/2 or 14/2 romex?

 

I can only guess you're building a Rodeo Clown Car. Didn't you know the suspension of the Rodeo Clown's car and its articulation for stunts is always a top secret? Now you've given it away and must scrap it and begin again.

 

LOL Next time I will have to go for lighter weight to meet the new mileage regulations. So cardboard and duct tape and stroller wheels for sure.

12/2 6 volts, 14/2 if 12 volts DUH!!!!

 

Looks like the pinion angle is off a bit to me!
