Does anyone have any info or pics. of a Dodge funny car sponsered by Canada Dry called CEE_DEE . It ran @ Englishtown In the 60's . That was the first funny car I saw in person . And I also remember seeing Ace Manzo's yellow 70 cuda A/FC . I must have been all of 8 years old @ the time . I will never forget .

 

Actually I took that photo, my son Chris wasn't even a thought in 1971!! Otherwise Dennis D has the facts straight .. the white car is Gene Snow's brand new nitro FC (Snow at the driver's side), this is a Div 4 points meet at DIMS in Lewisville, TX back when Pros ran at those to earn points .. unfortunately I did not get a shot of Plum Crazy .. if I had only known back then to take a picture of EVERY car I saw!

The Hayden Proffitt car looked pretty decent 3 years ago not far from here. Don't know if was capable of starting.
Not sure of exactly who owns the car, but his trucking company has a fishy name.
