  3. John- At least you have a good foundation to start with. I got mine from back east, and went in "thinking" well, that's what I got. Figure six inches of the WHOLE car gone minus doors.Yes,I get to make it mine, but, with all my time and not being totally skilled,it's been an adventure to say the least. I get by,but GD! commin along, but it's still a one man show, and it's happenin' but I guess brain surgery would be easy compared to this.
Your car is commin' along fine, and I'm sure it's gonna be awesome!
    Jus keep goin!

I think mine is that fiberglass one that Nightprowlers sells. My body guy did paint it black for now.

  10. I like the stock 50-51 dash. To me they look correct to the car. You can also find them pretty easy and cheap.

    Hi guys.

I managed to get my car running again about a month ago,did the 302+aod swap during the winter/spring and lowered it also.I also lowered front bumper 2" after the pic was taken,it looks much better now.

I used the Auto Meter Old Tyme Series. I drew the panel on AutoCad and laser cut a piece of stainless to match the original gauge panel bolt pattern. The guages fit well and install was pretty simple. I can get the panels, if its something your interested in.

I'm really wanting my car right now. Ugh. I hate to badger people.

  19. I may be interested. I might try using the originals first. But yours looks great.

I'm interested too. I really like the originals but I wouldn't trust them on a long trip.
