put out a 283 chevelle 64,195 hp from my 66 chevy II
whit a corvette 64 alu intake.
is it any money in that?
or can it be the stock engine?

 

I'm not sure what your asking, but it's the same version of the 283 that Studebaker used in '65 & '66.

Look at the pad in front of p***enger side cylinder head. SUFFIX code will tell you what it came from.

I think you should run it. Put a stock crank out of a 265 and some flattop pistons in it and burn rubber.

Have a 383,350 gona go in there.
there ware the resone i put the 283 out of there.

 

could rebuild the 283 and put it in something light. they can be a quick motor. 283's won a lot of races.
