#308, but I was over 1000 posts before I changed server and name. I found it when RRT started falling apart.

Well, DARN. Missed it by 26 numbers. I lurked for about six months before I joined. Still got flamed by doctorJ and germ. They accused me of pulling a combine out of a Indiana bean field and putting mag wheels on it!!!:D:D

That's because we listen a lot and don't blab un nessaserily hahah but I know we lost post counts as I remember making post number 666 and I remember reaching 1000 and thinking I really need to get a life! But I got tired of all these younger "kids" taking on the roll of traditional natzi to tell people what is or is not "acceptable" to do with your car I was lucky enough to get in here before the real bad fla
ing of the newbies started but we pretty much knew eachother through thenet already .....I don't remember how I heard about this place, I think aaron laskie told me about it I think in 96-98 somewhere in there.... I miss a lot of relationships I have lost from not being on here that much but I have slow dial up so it takes forever tosee pics and that gets old.......thanks for making this post to remind us how good this place is.... Oh, and I remember when you had a problem with someone you could just pick up the phone and call this skinny kid named Ryan and whine for a while and he would make it all better

For those of you running IE and still don't see your number try this...

On the top menu of IE you should see the words File, Edit, View,Favorites etc.
    Click on View
    Click on Toolbars
Click on Status Bar to place a check mark next to it.

Hopefully you can now see the number in the bottom left of the IE window.

A lot of us newbs wondered what ever happened to the infamous Germ.
I think he wasn't real. Just a story you "old guys" tell to us youngins.

1615- So nowhere close to 500, and never thought about having one of the earlier ones. But, when you look at the newest newbie post they are 393,422 so that puts me in the earliest .5% if I remember math at all.

#53 - lurking mostly, this place has changed so much over the years its more like visiting than being a part of it. I still love the HAMB tho'; it has helped me out numerous times, met good folks through here.

Jaffas, Hambalicious, lots of slang and code words were used, it was a real blast back in the day, just like the 50's bro!

I think I'm #261. Can somebody verify that? (I use Safari, so the prescribed method doesn't work)
