Man that is one sweet Ford......

  2. Tell Logan thanks a lot... because of him I just picked up some roof pieces to convert my Sport Coupe body into a "Roof'd Coupe" thanks to his craftmanship... and to you as well for posting this thread. :)

Now... is there any chance there are some pictures of how he did all the woodwork with the chop? You can buy wood kits for special coupes... but they've gotta get cut up if you want the roof to come down right? I'm not imcompetent working with mother nature's finest but I'd love to know more before jumping too far ahead of myself.

Gratis' again man... and I still dig this car.

It's hard to see, but Logan wooded the whole car (he bought a kit) and then chopped it. He's a hreat craftsman and you really can't see were it was cut...but he did it just like it was metal. Then he stained the wood

  4. Does he own a camera? :)

Kinda' wondering if he took any pictures (even one's that could be scanned) of the woodworking for the roof while it was being done. I have an idea... just makin' mo' sure.

Logan has a camera, but no: Computer, Cell Phone, Cable T.V., microwave, etc. When we want to show him pictures, we have to mail them to him. Maybe some can snap a few pics next time they are over at his house. He told me once that he cut them, Drilled and doweled, then glue.

Sorry if I missed it, but that color is gorgeous....is it a factory color? Reminds me of a 60 Chevy color....

Went by logans, he has the engine/tranny in. Also has his header back from the platers, he built these himself with a MIG! Body will be going on (sometime) soon.

    Heres Logan himself!!!

Chris, Your friends coupe is very clean. It has the stance and parts to make it one way Kool ride. Keep us posted as it goes back together.

It reminds me of the A I sold in the spring (see avatar) - except for having a much higher level of craftsmanship than mine.
