Looked like a fun event. I'm a big fan of B&W photography and that B&W video was great. Thanks

  2. Wow, is this a blast from the past. Where is this "track" located from Centralia?
    Any more events scheduled?

Cool video Buckable! The track is about 50 or so miles south from Centralia, a beautiful drive up there too.

Great pictures Electrodude!!!!!! I was in the Buick rail. And had had the flame Thrower mini bike. I have not driven since Ellensburg in the 60"s. The dragster I put together has not moved in over 40 years and it went straight and smoked'em.The track takes me back. The sounds of every one with open headers driving around doing burn outs, was great. The one's that came where truely blessed with great weather, conversation, great staff , great track. I'll be back next year for sure. Alan did a great job of pushing forward on something new, by bringing up the glory of past race cars. Special thanks to the race track for allowing the event.

Sorry Howard.....I just had too much stuff to get done at home.
I really wanted to see your dragster make a pass. I'm glad you were able to run it.
    So how was it?

The track is a few miles east of Castle Rock which is about 10 miles north of Longview.

    Josh:
It was realy cool. I did a couple easy passes, to see if it would go straight, It felt solid and the 3rd time I dumped the clutch at 5000 RPM and let it ripe, smoked the tires for 100 feet, it was really sweat until the front tires started hooping at about 70 MPH, so had to back off. Now will balance the front splindles and tires, Don't know where to go to balance as a unit. Also going to put friction shocks on the front.Going to Arlington 9-12.

Go to YOU TUBE- and type in CUSECCC, and watch the mini bike with flame thrower

we had a good time. we got there. late missed mike dropping his driveline in the truck. he has 10,000 mile on the truck this is the first time he hurt it. boy did the trailer ride hurt. lots of great stuff. it was the first time i made it up there and i'm just down the road. the late models didn't bug us up there. would have been nice to have more old stuff but they just didn't show up. next year. if i knew the newer stuff would have been there i would have ran my 66 wagon for fun. lol
