God must have had here in mind when he made a woman!

Believe it or not, when I was at IRP I actually had her address and phone number on my Rolodex. Like an idiot, I somehow lost it.

 

You'll probably need to explain to the "kids" what a Rolodex is.

 

He has a lot in common with the late Mr. Jackson.

Well, that's a nice thought. But if you read back over this thread there's been some comments made that have been less than complimentary. Of course, everyone's en***led to their opinions. But it might be a little much to expect the subject of these opinions to hang around in here like "one of the guys".

She may be lurking around here anyway, but I wouldn't be surprised if she kept a low profile.

 

Linda is a cl*** act and she didn't get there by being sheltered.. I for one would love to hear from her and I think she has way more fans on the HAMB than detractors.

 

i remember meeting her at a napa tool show in bellevue wa. she is a genuine sweet lady.

 

She is a smart lady and knows that it's the "suspense" that makes the wait worthwhile.

 

I believe Hurst is owned by Mr gasket Co. of Cleveland and I'll bet she is contractually obligated to appear at public performances only at the request of that company and that all other public performances would be specifically barred. My guess is the odds of her showing up on this board of her own intent would be zero, but that's just my opinion.

I did meet her in the 1960's and believe the reason she has been around so long is because she is a smart and gratious woman. She seems to keep her cool regardess of the situation and the swarms of people and photographers that hounded her.

 

Well..................let's keep this legend at the top of the page and hope that someone will get her to chim in.

I do not believe that commenting on these pages cons***utes a public appearance or an endor*****t for any compe***or. If she was to go out to dinner with friends and family would that be a public appearance???
