I have never posted a pic of my Jalopy, so after days of trying to figure out how, here it is. My Grandpa bought the Ole Truck Brand New, and used it on his farm. It seen many years of hauling hay and moonshine, then it was put up. After years of sitting in the barn, and about to go to waste, I brought it back to life...I'm a Big Ole Country Redneck, so I think it fits me pretty good
I like it! Looks like it was a pretty solid old truck when you got it. You see a good many of the '41-'46 Chevy pickups rodded but not many of the GMC's.
Rucker....I dont remember if we've talked since the Saginaw show, but man I really dig your truck, you did a great job with it and I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed mine. Drive the piss out of it and you will.
Thanks for all the comments, I'm in Upper Alabama. I was kind of afraid to post a pic of my truck, thought it might fall into the Rat file that everyone talks about. After my buddys roadster got slammed the other day, didn't know what to expect....
very cool...the 41-46 chevys and the gmc's are one of my favorite body styles...especially like your gmc since there aren't as many out there...how about some more pix and some details...nice truck
Not familiar with the said slam but I will add this... Its one thing to throw together a piece of unsafe **** and call it a hotrod. its another to take an old car with good patina and make it safe, powerful and adjust the ride height. I am not into super low new milenium style stances but your truck really sets well and looks like fun. I love those years.
This is a old pictures I have since changed wheels, I have got a new computer so, I will get some updated pictures soon.
Very nice and Welcome aboard the H.A.M.B. wagon. Tell your Bud that you made it and we like it...... Just ta rub his nose in it for a minute , then help him fix his pile............ Again WELCOME ...............
Hey Homeboy, you did real good with the old hauler. Now thats what I call a Real first picture post. Roll Tide this weekend!
