I guess the original owner liked his flames lay out, and you like this one, each to their own, but you have made a car to walk past one to linger on and check out the details.

being the owner of a 55 I have always wondered why these cars didn't get the custom treatment as much as the fords and chevs?

AWESOME! That gold is great, it has the perfect look. The only thing I can say is I'd have to thumbs down the flames. I understand the influence and all, but naa. Less is more.

I was all excited as I was scrolling down and the preview of the pinstripe video showed blue panel fades, haha. Then I read the caption and understood.

 

great job!! i looked at the finished pics 3 times before i noticed the "extra" doors.. i like it from every angle.

 

That is a nice Olds,but with all due respect those mirrors are too tacky even for OCC .Lose some of the lettering on the deck and it would help too.It just looks way too busy,but it's your car.

 

The "EXTRA" Doors are because this is our unofficial shop car/parts chaser....Cooler to zip around town in this than some late model ****. We can load 5 or 6 people in this ****er when we want to be SPECTATORS at the local friday night cruises. I can't wait till fall to take this thing on some poker runs jammed full of people!
