  1. Those are Edmunds.

  2. Who made those covers? What are they made of and is that a spacer for valve spring clearance?

No luck ... the webmaster @ the "Chrysler 300 Country" site couldn't remember where he got that pic ... but he did give me some other leads (none of which have panned out yet) ... I'll keep looking ...

.....and you complain that prices have gone through the roof on hemi blocks and parts.

Here's your reason why. Some people just have to own everything whether they need it or not

I would loved to have tried some nitro but never could afford it.
I know a few people involved with that group and they have a blast. I cant run with them because I have a glide and their rules are direct drive.
PS: Car is for sale $23k T/K

They sort of remind me of my shower walls, but none the less, I've never seen those before and I dig 'em! Home jobbers, maybe??

Your right Doc, The 32" is way cool, and for a flathead, it goes pretty hard. Went for a spin a couple days ago and she growls like an untamed beast when Frank takes those plugs out of the headers. Built to perfection. When I get a chance I'll post the video up on youtube. And yeah..... You never know what Franks got up his sleeve.......???????

  19. Could these be Mickey Thompsons that were first milled flat and then had the shower wall pattern milled on them?

From what we cam figure they were made off a mickey thompson cover and they must have filled the fins with bondo put in the pattern and then cast them out of magnesium. Pretty sure they are one of one.

i have one of those powergiants and im trying to fond a replacement timing cover for it if you look closly youll see it uses a combo timing cover/motormount big ugly *** thing

  26. You can use the aluminum 51-54 replacement cover from HotHeads that also fits the truck and marine blocks. It covers the lower water holes that may be in the block. It is HotHeads P/N 20211 and ~$210.

Or just fab one up yourself, it has been done before.

Truck engines (Chrysler) all use the 51-54 p*** car bolt pattern arrangement on the front so any 51-54 stock front cover and waterpump will interchange.
