53' Pontiac Suggestions or Feedback

Found this 1953 pontiac 4 door on craigslist. Im looking to go radical on this girl. Removing the B pillar. Using alex gambinos tail dragger kit slam the rearend. Shave the sides, nosed, decked. Take away the frontend bumper replace it with grill teeth. Put cokers probably 3". I want to put a small block V8 dont know what size. Now, Im looking for suggestions or feedback. Looking for an artistic eye or motor advice.

 

Cool car. Use it as a driver or mild custom- save your money for a more desirable 2D HT.

Lower it- shave the rear door handles

 

Makes a very valid point. But don't play with the rear door handles, it is what it is.

 

don't put a lot of money in it, four doors just won't return it. But you can still do a lot for little money, so have fun.

 

Here´s a start.

 

Build it inexpensive, safe, comfortable and demanding as little maintenance as possible. 350/350 3.08s with good rubber brakes and steering. Then drive the snot out of it. 4 Doors are a blast and a LOT easier get your frineds in and out.

Wow...love the one window but Photoshop obviously.

Don't shave the back handles. IMO that looks rather tacky.
