I have a '59 Sunliner that I've owned 23 years. Also have a '59 Town Sedan that may or may not get built.

I would spend some doe on that car but if u dont want to let someone else experement. ul have some extra change in ur pocket and someone else will b happy. Sounds like ur bored with it.

Yes, a sunliner is a convertible. I put it together, as a mild custom all those years ago, and it is still with me. We have had the car so long that it is a part of the family now and will remain so. No I'm not bored with the ragtop and do upgrades to it along and along. The next thing will be new paint as the 23 year old job is getting thin in places and has it's share of road rash.

Sweet cars don and cool! Ur cars are kinda similar. I here u don, I need a winshield myself. Some guy on here said he had one then I never heard back from him. Im more of a hardtop person myself but I can appreciate a good convert. Is the sunliner the one with the retractable hardtop?

OOOOOh yeah its the skyliner. I gotta get my galaxies right. Still a sick car! Sweet charlie, I got a two door h.t. 2. Rebal, u wouldnt believe what happened to my hood. It fell off my roof while I was taking it to cl***. Guess I didnt tie it down strong enough. I ended up getting a replacement on ebay for 30 bucks! The guy didnt want to ship it and he happened to live in my area so it really worked out.

  16. Here are two with a lot of good parts. The 59 grown into the tree was my moms car. The crusomatic went out in 62. I took the 352 interceptor out in 64 and installed it in a 56 htp with a stick. I will sell these for s**** price. As i am going to haul them to the crusher since the prices are rising. Ive changed my out look and no longer wish to be a HOARDER:eek: Who is owned by a bunch of junk.:) OldWolf

Ow man, is that galaxie a two door? and if it is, is the front winshield in good shape? If its in good shape with no cracks or really bad wear how much do u want for it? please keep in mind shipping will be a bit pricey.

Eventually I want to switch my Automatic over to a 3 speed manual with overdrive... 3 on the tree... I'm not a fan of the Automatic. I need to locate a parts car with pedals and a 3 on the tree column etc... and a 302 bell to the 64 era 3 speed- I think I would be in heaven... :)

Pic or two of my Ranchero...

The Custom 300 was the base model ford of the time. Mine is a six cylinder, three on the tree, with radio and heater options. That all. They came with rubber floor mat and bare bones interior. Mine is a two door post so that makes it kind of rare. Here is a pic from last summer I don't have any current pics on my work computer.

I love the 59's. Theres a local guy with a beat up hardtop with three two's on a Y block that I drool over everytime I see it, and I love Tucks Ranchero. Lets not forget "My Blue Heaven", I think of that car every time someone mentions '59 Fords.

I've had a bunch of 59's through the years. My wagon was the most fun. I now have a retractable and a 4dr custom. I'm always looking for parts and have a bunch of parts.
