This past weekend, we helped my buddy meglite, who is always finding interesting stuff, dig out this Vicky. It seems the owner cut it up back in the 70's, put it in a s**** pile, and just never got around to taking it to s****. He took a torch to it and cut it with frame bumpers, etc. At the bottom of the pile, was the grille, hood and decklid!
Hell Yeah!!!!!!!!!!! Great find I am a firm believer of making something out of nothing. it will be cherished alot more...... imho
May the Lord have mercy on his soul for cutting up a Vicky. Looks like you fellas were having a great time. Seems we have a new member of the Hamb Abused Vickys Club! Keep us posted-
YES, But I will bet we see it on ebay looking for a new owner. He is always finding and selling interesting stuff. Even the Orbitron if I remember correctly.
nice save. i'm sure little baby jesus cried when the bad man started cutting apart that innocent car.
good save!! It looks like the Banjo wheel is still there in the second pic,in the background,it looks like a 73-74 Chevelle?
Thats a great find I would like to thump the guy in the head who cut it up ,was there a reason for it or was he mental ? But look at the bright side if it was still complete it may not have been there for future pickings .
That's awesome... spend a day and tack it together, that would make for a very dramatic before and after pic LOL... then go back and do it the right way.
Sergio, send it on up. Ha Ha Ha By the way, that is a nice shirt that handsome fella holding the door is wearing.
What a sad state of affairs that we get excited about a complete pile of **** like that... It's a sickness for sure. And it's awesome. Good luck!
Even during the biggest expansion in the rodding world, the 70s, somebody cut up a 34 Victoria for s****! What a country.
We'll hold on to it, if you come down and fix it here! As for the T-shirt, I think he said some guy was GIVING them away in Detroit! HA! HA! Take Care Aaron!
Looks like it was a pretty solid body before the idiot with the gas wrench came along. That body and rolling ch***is would have brough good money even back in the '70s. The '34 Vicky has always been a popular body style.
