Could she or another person tape the conversation with him not knowing and use that later as evidence? (initially admitting then denying). And really bust his chops? It sounds like 6ftunder needs to say minimal things too.

  3. But Lawrence Fishbourn and the csi team will go through her ticket book and find the marks her ballpoint pen made in the underlying paper. Computor enhance it , run a bunch of dna and chemical*****isis from your truck and then haul your**** away, impoundthe truck for twenty years and just make life hell for you!:D

I doubt she wants her*****up on tape for her sgt to listen to, it is legal to tape someone as long as one person in the conversation knows about it, if you are taping a conversation where no one in the conversation knows[wiretap] then it requires a judges permission or it is illegal.

They don't need it on tape as long as your posting here can be copied and printed.

I was bringing an engine home on Sunday night, with a few guys following me to help. Since we had three vechicles to park...I pull in front of my house 'left wheel to curb'. Get finished unloading, then kick my shoes off for a bit. I go out a couple hours later and low and behold a TICKET !@#$, for $190. Last night the cop shows back up!!! and wants to see the ticket, which I handily misplace. She tells me I was only suppose to get one copy of the ticket, but that I have the original and three carbons.

Fuck the man, fight the power.

  7. Actually, in Illinois both parties have to grant permission. My thoughts are this: She screwed up and you have all the copies. She needs to take it up with her boss and I wouldn't give her squat.

  8. Yep, you're right. No way to delete this now, it is cached in several places!

I don't think they will mount an investigation over a $190.00 ticket however.

How about contacting the court and ask for a copy of the ticket because you misplaced your copy.........when they produce another ticket, then go in front of the magistrate with your recently found copy and cry*********..........have the whole mess thrown out and make them all look like the crooks and fools they are.

PS.....I'd just say I cant find it, that maybee I mailed it in with a check.

Ha!!..thinkin just like a guy...she better be hot to give up on a 190$ fine...real hot, with promises

  12. I highly doubt that's true. This is about a parking ticket, not a violent crime. If the Las Vegas Police don't drop it, the bad publicity should take care of it because most people should agree they have more important cases to spend time on than this.

  13. That's good! Or "maybe my wife already sent it in, she hates legal things hanging over our head".

There you go........No need to lie about anything. You might even catch the cop in a lie if you wait long enough.

Admit nothing. Deny everything and ask for evidence.

  17. I say, why pay any fine if ya don't need to? It's her fault, right? But, is she good lookin? If so, well, offer her a beer and a free ride! If not, just send her on her way...

She has to account for every ticket number she issues to prove she didn't get bought off by someone not wanting the infraction on their record. Not your problem! What ticket?????Must have been a slow night for the rookie.

play some NWA when she comes back over. 'fuck tha police.!' they have never served a purpose in my life but to cost me money. sometimes we're guilty sometimes we're not but we always seem to pay regardless. i would give the authority nothing at all.

cops catch flack for not having the copies of a ticket, they all have to be accounted for, and she will catch hell for not having the other 2 copies.

that said, without the copies turned into the courts, they aint gonna go any further, but you may get some harrassment in the future. wight the options, personally, id toss the ticket and that would be that

  24. Even if they find this post, what are they going to do, crack the HAMB to track his IP address to prove it was posted by someone using a computer in his house? Then what? If she has no copies of it, she doesn't have a VIN or license plate number to prove what car she issued the ticket on.

The only place you'd be screwed is if it's one of those deals that's done on an in-car computer and spits out copies, then there's a record of it. But I'd still "lose" all the paper copies just on general principle.

If you got all the copies There IS NO ticket she can not file what she doesn't have! The 5th ammendment says you do not have to incriminate yourself and giving her back the copies even if you could produce them would do just that provide evidence against yourself. She most likely will be in a bunch of***** because she can't account for a ticket in her book.

as leon said ..plead the 5th if you have problems keeping your yap shut...but keep your yap shut anyways..just keep saying.."I dont know what you are talking about officer..can you show me what your talking about?"..and when she says "NO",,thats when you say.."ok this conversations over than isnt it?" turn walk, and close the door..do not let them into your house..step out on the porch or lawn first thing when you open the door.

its always a good thing to have a witness too..so be sure when they say they are coming to "discuss this issue" that you have some one there friend family member..someone.
