Make sure you burn the video walk around you posted onto a CD so you can look at her anytime your feeling lonely.
It did go quick..I was surprised too..There were two people who were really serious about the car, but the guy in N.H. stepped up with the cash first.I actually took a little bit of a loss on the car..thats the way it goes..
At least she went to a good home. Nice black wedge. The 34 will be fun. Too bad a guy can't afford to have both!! Lippy
I could but I'd be living in one of them..The "But Baby its better than money in the 401K" speech didnt fly too well with the wife...
At the risk of sounding political, your probably right... That's a tough call. Both of them are awesome machines. Personally I prolly woulda held on to the Dodge... You know, bird in the hand and all, but that's just me. I'm sure the '34 is gonna be a rockin' ride!
Yeah I know..My wife hated the Black Dodge too and that had alot to do with it..she said it reminded her of this old ladys car that used to live next door to her when she was a kid.I used to ask her if it was the "Little Old Lady from Pasadena" was it a "Shiny red Super Stock Dodge"? She didnt get it...lol..
At the risk of sounding like a ****, that Dodge does nothing for me. I'd say you made the correct choice. Now get busy!
that Dodge is bad ***.....and the 34 is getting there....would get there alot faster with that 426 four speed combo......BTW when you gonna pick up that axle for the 55'???
How long before sellers remorse sets in? That Dodge is killer. That's one of the great things about this hobby tho, something old can be something new and others always have the opportunity to get the car of their dreams.
I have to agree. Damn that makes me want to go and kick something. I know i felt pain when I parked my mustang in that shipping container. But a Wedge! Funny this thread pops up....I know where two of these are sitting. Yes !sitting out in the open.
I get my new Van today, so I'll be able to start driving around again.I bought a 97 Ford E-350 with the Triton V-10!..
What is that silly little engine in the '34, is that the stock powerplant? It doesn't even have an angle mounted front distributor; that can't be a real engine!
The Van didnt replace the Dodge...That replaces my old Van that was totaled in the accident..Yeah I know how bad the mileage is.But I drove a 426 with 4.56 gears around..so I'm used to it..Cool this was post # 777...
I know I know...I heard all the **** from my fellow Mopar Buddies..I deserve it after all the Chevy Small block **** talking I've done...
