I had a good time, didn't stay as long as normal but there was not a drop of rain while I was there. There was still stuff to see and I met a few hambers in the flesh (see above) which was cool.

ill defenitly go.i was ready to go yesterday, i didnt because i have no wipers and was afraid of being stuck in a down pour. ive driven in the rain without wipers and it sucks. Also i knew it was gonna be dead and didnt wanna sit in traffic for two hours, risk getting hit or caught in the rain for a night that was sure to be dull. on a day i today. i would not hesitate and would defenitly be there

  7. didn't somebody mention that with Rain-X you wouldn't need wipers?

    Here's Pauls A100!
Attention to detail by Radioactive Bob very impressive. Not color sanded yet, looking damn fine already!
Nerdbynight - good for you! More spirit than most of the locals - rain scares the sh*t out of southern californians!
Actually a nice low key night hangin' out in the lot. Felt bad for the Kiwi visitiors, who saw pics of last month!
    Cheers CraigR

It's cool. The point is to drive 'em anyway. See you next month.

I think we saw you leave. I parked pretty close to you in the Rydell lot. We didn't even know we were cruising there. We just kind of wandered around until we decided on something. lol. Nice car, by the way.

I've used rain X. it works but doesnt perform miracles!
and like i said already i knew it was gonna be a dull night due to a low attendance so the two hour traffic jam and the fact that accidents DOUBLED on the wet road kept me in. I went to the last three cruise night and had a blast. i plan to go in november but if something was organized before next months cruise i would go

  11. i have driven to viva las vegas, paso robles, santa maria, arizona in the rain with no side window or wipers.

i ran mine with no wipers last night, the rain-x made it tolerable.(rained out at my house, none at vn)

i dont know if i'd sat in a 2 hour traffic jam though, thats askin for trouble

Your right tolerable... but why risk going out to a boring cruise, knowing its gonna be dead. all bullshit aside. if i could afford to fork over the 250.00 for a wiper motor, i would have been out cruising

  20. Yep, saw your Poncho. I was parked in the first row by the side walk. You were close. See ya next month

  21. Yeah, it was worth the drive. But, it's not a long one for me. And, while I'm all for the idea of doing it next week, I fear the turnout will be like last night. And that might discourage some who did both from returning next month. On that note, I sure hope last night didn't hinder any momentum

  24. I've seen it quite a bit since you bought it very recently. Very good to see you driving it around and enjoying it, even in marginal weather. Thumbs up:cool:
