    I was sort of wondering the same thing. I am going to use Dupont Single Stage black for my suspension. I would bet this is a Two stage paint though.

    Thanks! Its a secret recipe! Haha, kidding. Its PPG Concept Single Stage. Kinda pricey but worth it. PPG Global is better, but wayy more pricey.

    I never use a 2-stage on a solid color, not enough depth and it looks to "new."

    Tindall, things are coming along REALLY well... I'm doing some searching on cowl patch panels and I came across your thread. I'm wondering where you got yours from and how did the bead match up to the one on the door? It looks dead on in some pics and larger in some others.

    Bill will have the body all finished up in January, and ill have the chassis all done by then, the motor is coming back next week... im shootin for spring...

    the patches came from macs or snyders they were pretty good... everything seemed to line up fine

    Very nice build.Only thing I would chance is ownership. I want it.Slowanlow63 very nice work.I agree with you when it comes to single stage paint and solid colors.

    Looks great!! The body is gettin there too, a little behind schedule for now but we'll catch back up in a week or so.

    Great job!!! I've been following your build for about a year now... even have it on my fav's... Anxious to see it come together... It's hard to beat an "A" Coupe on deuce rails... Keep up the good work!!!
