lol. you guys crack me up. i've never declared myself a "real photographer" vs. something else. Nor have i ever declared anyone here to not be a real photographer. I'd like to see you dig up proof if i did so unaware of it in my sleep or something.Most likely you will find that what i've said has been taken out of context. I'm about the nicest guy you'll meet in person so it cracks me up the way my words are being twisted around on this board by guys, some of whom don't even know me. I take pictures because i enjoy it, not as a profession like some of you. That's why i find that statement funny. Well I at least tried to get my point accross and hold hands with everyone but there's always a couple of people who miss what's trying to be said no matter how hard you try. That's the last time i ever state my opinion on this board.

Well, here is an update. While you guys were busting each other balls over digital vs film... ...I am down to 24 images. It's been hard this year for sure. There are some really great photos that would have made the cut without question, but because of my layout this year, I could not make them work. It's going to look pretty rad though. And probably very different from what y'all are used to seeing...

Well, it's time to pin 'em to the wall, get some darts, close your eyes, and throw them. I plan vacations around the world that way, works every time, except that Siberia trip was a little rough, thou.

 

Nice.....I haven't seen a calendar you've done yet that i didn't like so i'm sure this one will be radical too-
re: the ball busting......kinda funny, even though it annoyed the hell out of me i learned something from it and that's a good thing i suppose. Oil and vinegar don't mix- and some folks will never agree and that's okay. It'd suck if the whole world was full of people that thought like i do. That'd either drive me insane or bore me to death.

You've reached the HAMB Calendar submission thread... I'm sorry but according to Django's first post, the deadline has passed to even consider your photos for possible submission into the calendar.

At this point its almost 3 weeks too late. And if you have the stones to post a picture here to be considered, it had better be damn good...

My wife took this in Bakersfield at the Hot Rod Reunion. I am not a photographer, but this photo is appealing to the eye. I do not know the owners name of the A, but I think it's a Hollywood Hot Rod car.
